Do your bikes come fully assembled?
Bikes shipped to your home are 95% assembled for safety during transit. You will need to attach the pedals, straighten the handlebars, and tighten the front wheel using the provided toolkit.
What is your return policy for cycling apparel and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, padded cycling shorts cannot be returned once the tags are removed.
Do you offer a warranty on bicycle frames?
Yes, all our bike frames come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 2 years to a lifetime guarantee, depending on the specific brand and model purchased.
